"I sent my order back the same..."
I sent my order back the same week because it just wasn’t what I needed, and I wish I hadn’t risked ordering in the first place. The refund process has been such a hassle. They took forever to respond, then kept asking me for the same details I’d already sent. Weeks later, I’m still out the money with no refund, just the same copy-and-paste emails. It’s really frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again...

"Tracking is useless, honestly"
I’m still waiting for my order, and the tracking hasn’t updated at all. It just makes no sense and is damn annoying. Feels like I’m checking some useless piece of crap that tells me nothing.

My order arrived on time, so no issue there, but the candy just didn’t taste fresh. A few pieces were kind of hard and stale, and some of the packs were already close to the expiration date. I’ve bought from this brand before and usually liked their sweets, so this was disappointing. I want to stay loyal, but this experience makes me hesitant to order again.
"Not very helpful customer service"
I reached out for help hoping they could actually sort out my issue, but the replies I got were short and didn’t really address the problem. It felt like they weren’t too interested in helping. Personally, I wouldn’t count on their customer service if you need real support.

I grabbed the bulk candy thinking it would be a good deal, but once I saw the total, I kind of regretted it. It was just basic candy and ended up costing more than I expected

Well... the shipping ended up costing more than my actual order, which was frustrating. I liked what I was buying, but the extra cost made it feel not really worth it.

I ordered a bunch of sweets in bulk and it didn’t really go smooth. Some items was missing, and a few boxes showed up late too. Was annoying especially since I needed everything together

Maybe it’s just me, but waiting days to hear back felt frustrating, especially when the response didn’t really help with anything. I was hoping for something more useful after all that time

I was hoping to send sweets as a nice gift, but the packaging really let me down. I wanted it to feel a bit special on my end, like a proper box or at least a decent message card, but the options were super basic. It didn’t really give the impression I wanted to send, and it ended up looking kind of cheap. For a site meant for gifting, I expected a lot more...

"Allergen info really needs to be clearer"
I was trying to order some candy, but a lot of the items either didn’t have ingredient details listed or the allergen info was way too vague. Since I have a nut allergy, I’m not comfortable guessing or taking that kind of risk. I ended up leaving the site frustrated. Personally, I wouldn’t order from here unless the allergens are listed clearly for each product

I tried to place an order. The checkout kept glitching. My payment info would not go through. Then my address vanished. I had to type it all in again. There was no clear error message either. After a few tries, I just gave up. Super annoying...

"Not really what I ordered"
I ordered a mixed box and, i was a bit disappointed. About half of it wasn’t what I’d chosen, and there were a couple of items missing too. I ended up with some random flavours that I probably wouldn’t have picked myself. I emailed them about it, but it took quite a while to hear back, and the reply was brief. I don’t think I’d order again, to be honest

"Reordering was more of a hassle than I expected"
I was just trying to reorder something, but it ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been. I had to make an account again, and then I couldn’t easily find my past orders. It felt like a simple reorder turned into a whole extra process, if that makes sense.

"Expiry dates were hard to spot"
I couldn’t really find clear expiry dates before buying, which was annoying since it’s sweets and you kind of want to know. I don’t like having to guess if they’re close to going out of date.

"I ordered this thinking it’d show up in..."
I ordered this thinking it’d show up in a few days, but nope, the little delivery situation dragged on way longer than I expected. Tracking was basically useless too, barely updating, so I kept having to check it myself like some kind of package detective.
The product was fine once it finally got here, I guess, but the whole slow-shipping nonsense kind of ruined it for me. If I needed something quickly, I definitely wouldn’t order this again.

"So it keeps saying it’s in stock"
so I keep seeing this item listed as in stock, but then when I try to actually get it, it turns out it isn’t available. Frustrating.

"Stock info was really poor"
I ordered some sweets that were showing as in stock, then just heard nothing for days. In the end I had to chase them myself, and only then did they tell me it was actually out of stock. Annoying, to be honest, and it felt like a waste of my time.
